Since our mobile phones are recycled, you will not receive any accessories or charger. Just the phone and battery alone.
All orders before 2pm will be despatched the same day by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Our warranty covers any fault which is related to a manufacturer fault, such as a signal, earpiece, and microphone or software issue. It does not cover physical damage to the LCD or water damage.
Yes, if you would like to purchase more than 5 mobile phone, we can offer you a discount. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
All our mobile phones go through a lost/stolen check process with a company called CheckMend. We will also provide you with an official report to give you additional peace of mind.
Unfortunately, we are an online company so all orders will be posted.
You can pay us via a debit card, PayPal or call us for phone payment.
The majority of our handsets are sim-free/unlocked to all UK networks (for example Orange, O2, Vodafone,T-mobile or the 3-network) and some are locked to specific UK networks. Once a phone is selected into your shopping basket there will be a list showing all of the available networks or the unlocked option for that specific handset which you can choose from before your proceed to the checkout process.
